FEE
THIS IS A TWO DAY EVENT - RAIN OR SHINE
$80.00 per space for two days for FOOD VENDORS

DEADLINE
Early application deadline - MAY 31, 2008 - $5.00 discount per space. Regular application deadline - JULY 31, 2008. A $5.00 late fee will be charged after that date. Postmarks will be used to determine application deadlines. No refunds after AUGUST 31, 2008. Limited space available - applications processed on a first come first serve basis.

BOOTH SIZE
Food 10x20 outdoor spaces, participants must provide tables, chairs, displays, shelters etc. Space sizes are definite so if your booth or table is larger than that, it will be necessary for you to purchase an additional space. No exceptions. ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE SEE APPLICATION FOR DETAILS

SET UP & TEAR DOWN
You can begin setting up anytime after 7:00 A.M. Saturday. Closing time for booths Saturday is no earlier than 5:00P.M. Craft area will be under police surveillance with additional overnight security Saturday, but participants are responsible for their own property. VENDORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IF THEY DO NOT SIGN THEIR HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENTS. Tear down will be anytime after 5:00 P.M. Sunday.

PARKING
One parking space per vendor will be provided adjacent to the festival area. Booth and parking spaces will be assigned Saturday A.M.

POLICY
No games of chance, political advertising or carnival type items will be permitted in the craft area. If possible we would like the emphasis of some of your crafts to be on our theme. Anything not listed on your application will not be allowed on your table. Crafters are responsible for collecting their own 6% sales tax and submitting it to the proper agent. Your canceled check is your confirmation of acceptance,

FOOD SAFETY REGULATIONS NEED TO BE FOLLOWED BY ALL VENDORS.

ALL BOOTHS MUST HAVE HAND SANTIZER PRODUCTS OR OTHER SANITIZING METHOD ON SITE.

ALL BOOTHS MUST HAVE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ON SITE
